Despite the inclement weather, nearly 100 future brides and guests attended the Atrium of Tenafly Bridal Showcase exposition held on February 22, 2018 at St. Thomas Armenian Church.
Mekhjian Atrium and Saddler Hall were transformed into an exquisite convention of over thirty bridal vendors each displaying their particular goods or services with samples and exhibits. There were displays of every kind of wedding service and accouterments imaginable. Displays of beautiful fresh floral centerpieces, a variety of elegant “Chiavari” chairs and decorator props including candelabras, tulle draperies, etc., a caterer with a scrumptious bu!et giving out delicious samples of their cuisine, wedding cakes with delectable samples, a graceful dance presentation by two ballroom dance instructors, giant photo booth, books on stationary invitations, cosmeticians, formal tuxedo rentals, limo rentals, a phenomenal DJ entertainment promo who got everyone up and dancing against a backdrop of huge illuminated screens and lighting were just some of the highlights of the event. (Some of the vendors who participated were “preferred vendors of the Atrium of Tenafly” such as the caterer and baker.)
Guests began their evening greeted with champagne in the lobby and were then ushered to the registration table where each bride received a “swag” bag full of samples and coupons. As they browsed through the vendor booths, they had an opportunity to learn more about each service available and received additional gi"s and samples. A St. Thomas cash bar o!ered additional refreshments.
Brides and guests were also given informational folders on the Atrium of Tenafly rentals and were escorted on tours of our complex including the sanctuary. They were asked to consider the Atrium as a venue for their future wedding site, and already Ms. Baltaian was able to engage a client to sign a contract for a 2018 outdoor wedding right during the event!
